Pricing

The price to rent the entire BelSentiero villa on an exclusive self catering basis is equal to 80% of the B&B rate in the high season (July and August) and 60% of the B&B rate in the shoulder season (March to June and September to November). Where the standard B&B rate is €135 per room per night this then amounts to the following:
High season (July and August): €3.024,00 per week
Shoulder season (March to June and September to November): €2.268,00 per week

The price includes:
fully equipped property with linen
utilities (water and gas for kitchen use)
high speed fibre internet with wifi
sales tax (IVA)

The price does not include:
electricity (€100/week)
mandatory cleaning and laundry charge (€100/week)
tourism tax (€1,00 per person per day)
gas for heating (April and November) (€20/day)
