How to reach us:

By Air:
BelSentiero is located almost equi-distant from the airports of Pisa, Florence, Perugia and Rome and therefore anyone of these airports can be used to fly into Italy with the objective of visiting us.

By Road:
The best way to explore the Italian countryside is by car and we therefore recommend that if flying in you hire a car at the airport and thereafter drive to us. The Google Map GPS co-ordinates are: 42.950301N and 11.666026E. We are located halfway between Rome and Florence (about two to two and a half hours from each). If coming from Rome you will head north along the E35 highway ("Autostrada") and if coming from Florence you will head south along the same E35 highway (please note that this is a toll road). You then take the "Chiusi/ Chianciano-Terme" exit and head along the SP146 towards Chianciano-Terme. Just before Chianciano-Terme you will see road signs for "Sarteano 6" and "Radicofani 26". Turn left here in the direction of these signs and then immediately right onto "Strada Vecchia Senese". Follow this road until a T-junction in a residential area and then turn left. After about 200 metres turn left onto SP40 where you see the road sign for "Pienza". Then follow SP40 for quite a way until its end driving past "La Foce" and into the Val d'Orcia valley until you arrive at another T-junction with "Strada Regionale 2". Here you turn right and continue for a short distance whereupon you will see signs for "Campiglia d'Orcia". Turn left into "Strada Provinciale del Banditone" and then continue up the hill. BelSentiero is then located on the right about 500 metres before you reach the village of Campiglia d'Orcia. If you get to the village and have missed us, then backtrack - we are the second turn on the left after the cross roads at the entrance to the village of Campiglia d'Orcia and our driveway joins the road.
